Our Story
Let's face it, nobody dreams of pushing paper, working through siloed systems, and having to deal with entering data in multiple systems. Welcome to the world of a claims adjustor in the Work Comp industry!

In 2009, we recognized that the amount of administrative work and manual processes that went into managing workers compensation claims was overwhelming. Claims adjusters were overwhelmed with these manual tasks. Claims organizations experienced severe attrition, vendor leakage, and zero visibility to any meaningful metrics to improve their processes. Most importantly, nobody had the time to focus on the most important element of a work comp claim. The injured worker.

We developed BaseLine to address the bottlenecks of the entire claims management process. For 15 years, our technology has streamlined and delivered critical information with one goal in mind: give time back to the adjusters and nurses that help injured workers get better, so they can go on with their lives.

Today, Effective Health Systems processes millions of requests annually. We have given back 100's of thousands of hours to claims professionals, and we have delivered 100's of millions of dollars in savings to claims organizations. Our solutions are easy to use, easy to deploy or integrate, and have been tested and proven by organizations of all sizes on a daily basis.

We're extremely proud of what we've created for claims professionals...the opportunity to have more time to focus on what matters most: the injured worker.
